About Delivery and Returns
If you are purchasing from the Wenatchee Valley (from East Wenatchee to Plain), your order can be personally delivered directly to your door, FREE of charge.

All items are shipped via USPS priority mail within 2-5 days of receiving your order. All work is guaranteed to arrive safely. If a piece arrives damaged, contact Tall Tree Ceramics (talltreeceramics@gmail.com) and we will resolve the issue in a timely manner to your satisfaction.

If you are unhappy with you purchase for any reason, you may return it to Tall Tree Ceramics for store credit. You are responsible for return shipping costs and assuring that the piece is safely packed and arrives back to us in one piece.
